Will not be going back. If I had known Dr mclain wasn't there would not have gone ther to start with. When because of tooth ache. After being charged over $1400.00 for x-rays this that and other, so called deep cleaning that took all of maybe 30 minutes then I was referred to another dentist to take care of tooth ache. This was out of my pocket. Got a water flosser and it took care of toothache. Cost 43.00 dollars. Not $1400.00

I having going to see McClain for 22 years . He is fabulous. Is front office manager needs to learn how to file insurance. I was told to pay amount about $500. That was in December. I spoke my insurance and to try to help her get my claim. Paid . It is now March they have the money but I need to wait 9 weeks for a refund. So they get hold my money 9 weeks. She is very unprofessional. I am not Happy .

I have to say it must be Covid....The website goes way overboard with Covid info and it shows in the office. I have been a patient for many years with no problems but, if today had been my first visit I wouldn't be back. It was very rushed and it was the first time ever, I didn't see the doctor after a cleaning. The flouride treatment was not offered. One of the more painful cleanings I've ever had. First off, let me say that I have never left a negative review for any of my doctors and this review is not directed at the doctor himself. It is for the office and the corporation that is behind it. I have been a loyal patient for well over two decades and my now adult daughter has continued since I took her there as a child.
