I’ve worked with Steve for the past three years, and I’ve reached my limit. He has proven to be an unreliable attorney who consistently lies and fails to follow through. I would strongly advise against trusting him with your patents, trademarks, copyrights, or dreams. Over a year ago, I paid him to file multiple trademarks, only to find out later (over a year later) that they were never submitted. My patent was eventually abandoned due to his negligence. Very unprofessional. Takes months to get back to me. I applied for both a patent and tradermark through him and it has been more than two years and still no updates from him. Don’t waste your money and most importantly TIME with him.

I hired Steve back in December under his assurance he was not too busy to handle my patents. The patent search and evaluation was done very quickly and I paid him $$$K for 2 patents. Ever since taking my payments Steve’s performance has been painfully slow and a huge source of frustration. It took Steve 3 months to provide a poor excuse for a 1st draft and that was provided to me only after I threatened him with filing a complaint with the Florida Bar.
