I cannot say enough about the great service I've received from Steve Arrington's office. I always talk to a real human being - no long menus or AI asking me questions. Everyone there is helpful, and I get what I need quickly and easily. I spoke to Kim today, and she was especially helpful with the DMV process for transferring the title of a car. She told me things I didn't even ask about. The customer service here is the best. Ever.
Spoke with a guy who had no real customer service experience. I had my home and two cars through this office. I got a new car. I removed one, put the new car and other through Progressive and left my condo. He proceeded to tell me that he couldn't separate the condo from the car I no longer have. His sassy tone poured through our conversation with lack of common sense. Who would pay for a car they no longer have?
