I have bought and sold a few properties and I was of the opinion that agents don't add a whole lot of value but Steve changed my opinion. He managed the remodel and sale of an out of state property for me. He got the top rated contractors and top quality material to transform my house for which we got multiple offers. He did not rest until the sale was recorded and managed the whole process without me needing to come down to the state for anything. Highly recommended for buying or selling.
