Steve came to my house to bid work, and did not win the bid as he came in at over $20,000 for minimal residential work!!! Steve and his guys helped rewire most of our home. I was blown away by his professionalism, friendliness, expertise, desire to keep cost resonable and according to budget, and his constant service. We are only sorry that we will be moving and that we won't be able to take our friend and electrician with us. Steve gets the "Best Contractor" award from me, and that is no small reward, we employed over 50 contractors while remodeling our house at 2022 N 53rd Street. Congrats steve, you were worth every penny.
Steve Anderson was never thanked for his work by my husband. He charged us $6000 for doing electrical work on one bathroom and in addition shorted out our front entryway and never repaired it. He is dishonest!
Leslie Hacker obtained two bids from General Contractors and decided to general it herself to save money. She constantly changed her mind during the project, adding costs to the job. This job would have not come in costing her twice as much if she had hired a General Contractor. Her husband agreed with me when he came to my office to discuss the disputed final bill. He paid it and thanked my for my good work. Leslie should have hired a General Contractor.
Steve does excellent work for a good price. Will continue to use him for all my work needed. Thanks Steve!
This contractor ended up charging me over double the cost of the original bid on my project. He charged me labor time when his employees made mistakes and did not take responsibility when his workers performed poorly on the job. Overall, this was a terrible experience working with Steve Anderson. I would not recommend him at all!
