Would not recommend or trust a builder who tells a young 1st time buyer they don’t need a realtor to represent them and refuses to work with one. Very unprofessional. Must be hiding something or don’t want to give incentives to buyer or pay agents. Any builder who acts this way you should run the other direction !!!
