Nothing but great experience, for electric and fiber internet. On the internet side Bailey was outstanding working with me to get install scheduled that was convenient for my schedule. And Jarod, the actual in home installer was professional, going above and beyond to complete my setup. Would recommend this company over and over again.
For electric they have been great. I haven’t had any issues *knock on wood. But broadband billing has been a mess. I am a person who is very organized with my bill pay, in general. I don’t make late payments and haven’t had issues with my bank sending checks on time. I have had zero issues with my checks get their for my electric but was never given the information needed from the start on how to make payments from my bank to them for the broadband.
