promised to never go down and super fast internet. slow, buffers, and internet goes down just as much as medicoms did. refuses to send a partial refund when they cant offer the internet I paid for. Overall, a waste of switching services for them to also drill holes into my wall and can't back up their promises.

My service through REMC has always been good. I have always had good experiences in all aspects of my dealings with them. The past two months my bill went up $70 and i was very concerned. I called and left messages last month and talked to someone and told them.I would look at the next bill to see if it was as high. After receiving my bill it was still $70.00 above normal.
