Top notch service. Only place I will go . These guys are great. Got me back on the road quickly and made sure I was informed of what services I required. Excellent service.
Sent in my car with an unknown problem thinking I would get ripped off with vague explanations of the work getting done. However they were totally transparent and explained in detail what they were going to do and how much it would be. I appreciated the honesty and would recommend their team to anyone who needs help with their car in the future.
Steuben automotive was the place I went with my Mario kart. They were super quick and efficient in figuring out my tail light issue and also replacing my battery. They were quick to get me in for an appointment and finished the work in 24 hours. I was floored. The prices were exactly as quoted with no hidden fees and the best thing was they did not make fun of me for having a Ford. I plan on using them for all my future needs. Thank you so much again!!!
The AC in my 2019 Chevy Equinox quit working, they got it in very quickly and diagnosed it! They were very professional and explained what they found and fixed the problem in amazing time! Very friendly and knowledgeable in what they do! I will recommend them to others!!!
The staff was extremely kind. They provided my children with drinks as we waited. They were very informative and provided great service. Definitely recommend.
