I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Dr. Ude. After waiting nearly an hour past my scheduled appointment, I was met with impatience and unprofessional behavior. During my appointment, he appeared to be listening to something through an earbud, which was both distracting and disrespectful. When I tried to discuss my pain—related to a serious back injury and existing scoliosis—he dismissed my concerns and even insinuated that I was being dramatic, which was deeply unprofessional and hurtful. My dr is at stettler medical clinic no complaints ever everyone is so nice
This place is a God damn joke and I highly recommend anyone who goes to this clinic to seek other opinions for any major diagnosis, my mother was in here on May the 6th for an appointment following up on test results (she had been seeing a doctor here previously) she passed away 2 days later on May 9, NOT once were we told of how bad her condition was untill her death at another hospital while my mom waited hours just to see a doctor here she should have been on hospice never was this even discusses at previous appointments ... read more
They scheduled on a WEEKEND when they were CLOSED and waiting to hear back for an important update on health care is nothing short of anxiety inducing. Do better.
Been calling for WEEKS trying to make an appointment with my doctor and get an automated message every time. I'm running out of my medications and the pharmacy won't give me any more refills until my doctor signs off on it but he is IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of, yet is still taking in new patients! Absolutely horrendous and shameful.
