Stettler Dodge is awesome, Service and finance departments are right on.. So easy no hassles... Gary Moe in lacombe couldn't care .. Will never go back to them. They didn't even care if I purchased an extended warranty.. A year later An awesome local dealership with great customer support and service. They took the time to solve the issues and provided a service loaner. Thanks again.
Good service
As we know, things don’t always go as planned. I have purchased six trucks from Stettler Dodge, even though they are a two-hour drive from where I live. I’ve tried to work with the local dealership, but I always leave unsatisfied. Stettler Dodge has never let me down, and their service has always been fantastic. That said, my latest experience did not start out well. After arranging to have my truck serviced, get new tires, and have an alignment done, I dropped it off and was given a loaner. Service department is good, pricey at times but I know my car is in good hands and I’ve never had any issues with the parts/install. Parts are surprisingly not marked up as bad as some other dealerships and I don’t feel like I’m getting ripped off which I’ve honestly come to expect from most dealerships. Warranty on parts installed by them is nice for peace of mind too.
