My daughter decided to find a more suitable daycare for my granddaughter who attended this daycare between ages 2 and 3 years old several months back. She would have a hard time at naptimes. I personally felt as if they became so frustrated with her and their solution was to send her home rather than having practical ways to resolve the situation. I am honestly not happy with the struggles I've been having with this place. If it wasn't for Lynnae, the new director, I would be giving them 1 star. Everyday I or my husband go to pick up our child we're being told how there's another "write-up" and it's always by Jascha. For whatever reason she talks about the other staff behind their backs which completely catches me off guard everytime. My toddler has been attending this location for almost a year, and I’m very pleased with the level of care and attention provided. Everyone on staff has been diligent and attentive. My son’s teacher, Ms. Jascha, recently joined, she has been incredibly sweet and caring. Overall, I’m very happy with the entire team at this location.
My children love it at this place and they have been helping us with potty training our daughter. Thank you Jascha Lewis for being awesome.
I love this place for my kiddos especially Ms.Jascha Lewis she is the reason im giving the 5 star her care and attentiveness is top tier. Thanks for your hardwork and would definitely recommend this facility solely based on her being there alone. Keep up the good work.
