I am being generous w/ a 2 star rating. – The original estimate was drastically underestimated so they could get the nod from my insurance company to go ahead w/ the repair. Had the correct estimate been written the car would have been totaled. Now I have a car thats worth 14K, that just had 11K worth of work done. Anyone want to buy it? A 7 day repair turned into 30. Stetner's was great! – I did not have any issues whatsoever as the above poster did. I came in for an estimate, which they did immediately, on the spot, while I waited. They made an appointment with me to do the repair, and they told me it would take three days. On the third day they called and said your car is ready!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! – I was more then dissatisfied with the service I received at Stetners, I took my car in on a Friday to get an estimate and it was still running its not like it would have been hard. The man I first talked to was really pleasant and said he would have it done by Monday. Well Monday rolls around and I call to see if it is done it?s not? no big deal I can wait a few more day so I call again on Thursday, then on the following Monday and I get the same song and dance ?we are short handed? ?give us ... read more
Hey , Don't Listen To The Guy At The Bottom! – I've seen the people at Stetner Auto Body work on hundreds of cars and I haven't seen one customer walk out of the office in a bad mood because they did a bad job on the car. Trust me, if he got into another accident and went to Stetner Auto Body, he would be highly pleased.
BEWARE!!!! DO NOT GO TO STETNER!!!! – After my car was fixed, I examined it to make sure they did a good, thorough job. Immediately I noticed that the paint on my bumper was "foggy." How could they not notice that?! Also, my window, which is automatic, was make a strange sound everytime I put it down. The interior of my car was a mess - oil and debris was everywhere! Good experience – Stetner did a very nice job on the dent/scrape on our 2005 Prius. The staff was nice, they explained things to me, and charged the same or less as two other places from whom I received estimates. I would go there again.
Great body shop! – I was impressed with the service at this shop. The employees were attentive. I had been to another shop where I was told to wait in the lobby and I had already waited several minutes for someone to even notice me. I ended up walking out and no one even noticed. At Stetner's, everyone was courteous and interested in providing good service. My concerns and questions were promptly and professionally answered. I take great pride in my car and the workmanship was excellent. My car looks like new again!
