My car had to be towed, and Sternot was able to replace my radiator on short notice. Repairs were done quickly, and service was beyond excellent. Issues were explained clearly. I would strongly recommend Sternot to others!
I took my car in for HVAC hot to cold issues. I got the run around about how they had to spend all the time and money to get to the same conclusion I told them it was. The door for between hot and cold was not swinging. Ford had service bulletins out there about the very issue. Stating it may need a update to the HVAC system to correct it. I will never bring a vehicle there again. Waist of time and money.
This shop was able to get my Jetta in for a window regulator that had broken. They were kind and polite when I asked to use my extended warranty. They took my info and got to work, calling me to let me know what portion the warranty didn’t cover (taxes). They went a step beyond when I asked to take care of payment and signatures early so I could pick the car up after close.
