Javin is an excellent physical therapist. He is knowledgeable and skilled at diagnosing the muscular/skeletal problem and utilizing needling therapy and other PT techniques to stimulate healing. He explains his diagnosis and involves the patient in the treatment process. He is purposeful in his treatment sessions. Javin's PT sessions alleviated my back pain, and his prescribed daily exercise regimen has helped prevent further episodes. I highly recommend Javin for anyone needing PT.
I do a lot of SMR at home and have done a good job of keeping myself pretty mobile, but occasionally I get issues that take me days to fix. Sterner is able to fix those issues in a single session with lasting effects. Truly amazing!
Javin is a physical therapist unlike any other I've ever encountered. He is a true master of his craft. I went to him after my knees buckled and I almost fell down a flight of stairs while holding my grand baby in my arms. Javin is amazing! My husband and I began dry needling with him to relieve some tension and muscle pain due to working out and everyday life. He’s so knowledgeable, professional and amazing at what he does. Definitely the best around!
