I wanted to replace my shower trim, which required the entire valve to be replaced. They were able to get someone out to me the next day and completed it before lunch. The cpvc pipes had to be rearranged to fit the new valve design and the drywall behind it had to be opened up. Peter knocked this out with absolutely no problem and very little time. Incredible service. I had a water heater that was installed incorrectly and causing me a bunch of problems. Steve was kind enough to not even charge me for the diagnosis since it took a solid 1 minute to figure out how bad it was. Kathy is amazing with scheduling - she responds very quick and communicates very well. They were able to get a team out to me and install a new water heater in only a couple days.
