I had the roofing replaced on our old cottage. I chose this contractor because of their knowledge, timeliness as well good communication. I am very pleased with the results, timely execution, competative price, excellent work and great communication.
Excellent workmanship. Work was performed as requested and within budget specified. Will utilize Sterne Construction when new work is required.
Last winter we had a terrific pressure treated deck installed by Tye and his crew which replaced a crummy composite which was deteriorating because of the heat and was actually shifting out of place because the boards weren't secured to the base. All went well and we're very pleased.
We are very happy with Tye and his teams' work replacing our deck, two levels of stairs and glass railing. The project was on budget for the quote provided in the fall and completed ahead of the promised date. Tye was very focused on ensuring that we were consulted regularly during construction, and timely in responding to written communications.
