Have had two bad experiences with Sternberg s. No work was done on the vehicle but I was charged. I have a friend that has had to take their vehicle back several times because it wasn t fixed. Another mechanic has verified that tools never touched our vehicle. Very unethical. A lot of fleets locally are reconsidering using Sternbergs.
