I would give this experience and dealership a negative star if I could! They are dishonest, and have no integrity or accountability. If you look at other reviews, they say the same types of things. They will charge you for services that you specifically told them not to do. We knew exactly what needed to be fixed. Bethany Grant is ignorant when it comes to listening to what the customer wants...verbally and through email.
