One woman in reception clearly hates her job. She is extremely rude on phone calls and in person. She needs a career change because she has zero empathy and a serious attitude problem.
I have been going to Dr Sternadel since I was 13. He has been my OB for all 3 pregnancies over the last 13 years also. It is unfortunate to see the bad reviews as he has been nothing short of amazing to me and I always recommend him. I will be very sad the day he retires. His current secretaries to are really great, easy to talk to and polite. I have never felt judged or mistreated even in the slightest. I am glad to have him as my gynecologist/OB
waited 6 months for an appointment they pushed back and rescheduled three times. After waiting over half an hour for my appointment, the doctor comes in looks at my charts and I start to tell him what my issues are. He interrupts me and goes ‘whoa whoa whoa let me stop you right there’ He said no one will want to do anything with the issues i’m having because they’re so minor (i’m in pain every day) he also said he cannot help me and that i need to speak with my family doctor (my family doctor said they cannot help me, but h... read more
