Being in the dental field myself, I have seen many beautiful smiles provided by Dr. Stern. She is extremely caring and only wants the best for her patients. She and I have worked closely together on some difficult pediatric cases and in all situations she considers what is the best treatment route for the patient, but also considers the wants and desires of the patient and the parent. Dr. Stern is getting worse with her service now. She might have enough patients so she started to care less about her patients. She gets angry easily and also uses some nurse to do her job such as changing the rubber bands etc. Hope she can take her job seriously again and don’t take the patients for granted. If she continues to be irresponsible, she will lose reputation and patients. Thank you
From the first appointment and complimentary consultation, I knew that our second opinion with Dr. Stern’s office was the right choice. Dr. Stern and her staff, especially front office Candace, have been excellent since even before we started treatment for my son. Very comfortable and non-pushy atmosphere, and communicative. Highly recommended, especially if you are uncertain or apprehensive about the process!
Great experience with three of us. Always on time, friendly office and communicative.
Dr. Stern was lovely and was very helpful in explaining everything to my 8 year old daughter.
