Very unhelpful and rude staff. Would not sell me propane because I did not own the mobile home (that they serviced) because they said that it is against their company policy to sell to anyone who is not a home owner. Then instead of trying to help me setup an account as a renter they just refused to sell to me or offer any solution even after calling back twice and asking to speak with a manager! Our home builder suggested that we use Stern Oil for our propane services. We checked around and Stern had better prices than the other propane providers in our area. We talked with Joel during the whole process and he was great. He was able to do everything we asked. Thanks
