I don’t even know if this is a legal law firm, Alan Stern has my case since 2021 with no answers, I been requesting an appointment with him ever since 2021 and his assistant Kim Demeo always says he’s going to call back or either his on vacation all the time since 2021, I’ve also called the office number trying to comunícate with different phone numbers and the assistant just hang up the phone. So at this point I don’t know if it is a trusted law firm anymore.

Wish I could give -100 stars. Only worried about a fee and nothing else. Been doing business with this firm since 2007 and I’ve seen Alan’s true colors of interest are only a fee. If it doesn’t involve making a fee or having him refer you to another attorney for a fee, his best interest is not for the client and is only for the referral fee. You would think after dealing with someone on numerous occasions they would appreciate you and the fact that you thought of them when you got hurt to represent you.
