I have been a pt for quite a while. I've noticed over the years the service as well as quality of care has gone completely down. I had blood work drawn Oct/2024 and I assumed everything was fine, because no one reached out. So, everything was not fine. I received a call 2 weeks before Christmas, Dec/2024, from a young lady saying that my medicine needed to be increased because the blood work numbers were off. In all my years of coming here, I can say I have always been treated respectfully, even when I ran late for my appt. From the front desk, to the office visit with Dr, to the lab, everything has been rather smooth and timely. I appreciate how I can get in and out in a timely manner and feel like the Dr took time to listen and explain any of my concerns. I also like that you can have tests and bloodwork done in one place and get results quickly. Thanks.
I have seen Dr. Yedlapati does not care about her patients, disrespects them, and interrupts them while listening to symptoms. She ignored multiple clinical diagnosis from an ER visit for chest pain, she ignored the nurses EKG, BPM, and blood pressure measurements, talked to me like I was stupid, belittled me, and just generally was an asshole.
