I called the clinic because I was needing an early appointment because the date I had was way too far. To my surprise I got Lakenya on the line who was very professional and understanding of my needs. She found me an appointment to get me in early and I appreciate her hard work and dedication. Lakenya deserves 5 ⭐️ keep up the great work

I wish I would have read the reviews here on Google prior to booking an appointment for my husband here. My appointment was at 12:00….. nearly an hour later we have been sitting in the waiting room with no idea when he will be called to the back. I’m waiting as I type this review. I hope the doctor is a good one. The wait time alone is enough to make me never want to return.

Had an appointment at 3:30 today. They took me back from the front waiting room in 5 minutes, but then I waited for over 2 HOURS to see Dr Lan, with no explanation EVER given. I finally walked out of the exam room at 5:45, passed Dr Lan in the hall conversing with another employee and said to him, "I am done waiting, this is ridiculous." He said nothing to me. There was no one at checkout to speak to, nor anyone at the front desk. Easily found my car in the now empty parking lot.
