Let me begin by saying Dr Kraus is amazing. He is SO thorough and deliberate in his evaluations and recommendations. We trust him 100% and we're SO glad our NP recommended him! As far as the office itself- the first time we went we were there a total of 4 hrs, mainly due to staff shortages in the lab section. Apparently they have 6 people that do lab work but only 2 were there. The room was packed and people were irritated, including some staff. Great and caring staff
Never can get anyone on the phone. Sit on hold for over 15 mins each time for no one to answer and when they finally do answer they hang up. This has been everyday for a week straight. It’s pretty awesome when you have a completely blocked right artery and need to see your doctor because you’re having bad symptoms again. So helpful..
I came in for my stress test on 08/7/26 for my stress test and as the woman was Prepping me for my stress test she stretched my skin with some Little brush thing messing my chest up . Which I let her know she was hurting me.. pictures are attached.
