They are so efficient and timely and I felt they really care. Dr Gubin is wonderful and the staff as well. Went in for the first time and they got all the tests they could in. Thankful I found them
I had the "nuclear treadmill" diagnostic study yesterday at the Germantown location. It was an outstanding experience! All the employees were so kind and concerned about me. I did not wait long at all during any portion of my visit. Everything was fully explained at each step of the visit, and I was always asked if I were okay. September 2023 update I recently visited by phone with Debbie Eddlestone, CEO of Stern, regarding the security of my personal information at Stern. I certainly appreciate that Debbie took the time to talk with me. Even with a busy schedule as the CEO, she was available to answer all of my questions. Not only does the staff at Stern definitely care about their patients but the leadership also cares. Dr. Morrow is an excellent physician - I am blessed that she is my cardiologist. She truly cares about my health and well being.... read more
Dr. Gardner is a very good Dr. He's been my rock. However, he has No control over the sorry staff at Stern Cardio, this Dr's patients are put off, belittled, and severely ignored. I love my Dr. But he and his patients deserve much better , patient cannot get to him, only something called Sierra , not even access to NP. Pitiful to be forced to seek other Cardiac Care.
