I contracted a building with Stern Building , paid 25k down. was promised from Stern It would be finished in 6 weeks . well that never happened. I finally built it myself. He would not refund the money and now the courts have the case. I was coned. If anyone would like to talk Terry Kettner 920-216-0854

If there was a “zero star” option, that would be appropriate. Owner sped to garner our business with a phony (we were advised) “contract.” Owner readily got our down payment. Owner, after repeated attempts, never returned calls. Winter approached and we had to hire someone else to actually get the shed prepared enough to serve its purpose during winter months. Terrible! Owner has the down payment and refuses to return calls. Been 3 months now and nothing has been done! What a joke. Would never recommend this company to anyone. Pursuing legal action, sick of the b.s. NEVER do business with this company!
