I spent a week going back and forth with their customer service team, trying to get a broken piece of equipment diagnosed and repaired. They kept asking for the same information over and over again, only to ignore me when I told them I had already checked it and it wasn't contributing to the issue. The first thing they did when I reached out for help was to subscribe me to every one of their company advertising emails, which is completely inappropriate.
Customer service is amazing here, we had a slight mix up in one of our orders last year( my fault, not theirs) and they bent over backwards to correct the issue. We're very happy with the high quality products. You can tell when you speak to them that they like their jobs, they always seem like they're happy at their job.
I was searching the web for a particular part and found Sterlitech and just called them, hoping they could help me. I called on Wednesday and had product by Thursday. I was greeted quickly on the phone by Heidi. Heidi was professional and worked through the entire order with me. She definitely took on my urgency and worked to support it. I called about 1pm and she was able to help me meet their 1:30pm cutoff time for same day shipping. I would recommend this company to anyone needing their product.
