If I could give 0 stars, I would. My advice would be to avoid ANY complex that is managed by greenbrier, at our old apartment complex managed by them, they contracted out their maintenance and did not care that they were not fixing issues and canceling work orders without ever even seeing the problem. This was at Sterlingwood, we had a broken heating/drying element in the dishwasher that caused mold to grow and the dishwasher to become unusable, poorly laid fake wood flooring that came up and broke open in many areas from ju... read more
Ive lived here nearly 10 years. I’ve always been relatively happy here. The maintenance service fails miserably. Ive had a breaker box failure for over 6 months, with no service. They’ve been told repeatedly, and they always say they will be right on it. A month ago, they came to change our filter in the A/C until. Man realized he had the wrong size, and “I’ll be right back”. He never came back. My husband is about to lose his temper, he’s been too patient for too long, when your rent is upwards of $1000 a month.
I live here now 11/6/24 to leave very soon..it’s not worth living here..paying over $1000 just for a one bedroom..the pool hasn’t been opened in two years..there’s nothing in this neighborhood to do for kids..I truly hate this neighborhood worse I’ve ever lived at..
