I live here now 11/6/24 to leave very soon..it’s not worth living here..paying over $1000 just for a one bedroom..the pool hasn’t been opened in two years..there’s nothing in this neighborhood to do for kids..I truly hate this neighborhood worse I’ve ever lived at..

Horrible. The area is loud and the neighbors are disrespectful. Most amenities don’t work. The leasing agent thinks is a joke when they are called or if there is a complaint. Shh…
I am not normally a reviewer, but as I look for apartments, I tend to rely on reviews for deeper information. This is purely to help others when in the same situation. I did not see inside a unit, but I will say the outside looked relatively clean and well kept. Sadly when I arrived for my scheduled appointment, they said that they were in the middle of a meeting and that I had to come back later. These over priced apartments are the epitome of todays rent market. Paid my bill on the 1st as always ($1200) only to get a threatening letter on the 6th saying I owed them $40 then blamed the "system" for not adding the charges on the first (because apparently their "system" takes holidays off). A simple email would suffice but instead they threaten you with legal notices. 100% would recommend you find a place elsewhere thats not $1200/month for a 2BR apartment.
