Quiet and cozy. I see the maintenance man Mike out in the neighborhood more than I see my own neighbors. The staff is polite and the maintenance department is very prompt and thorough. No complaints.

Awesome staff & community! The most important thing I would mention is to how quiet it is 24/7. I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone seeking a place to live!

A great well managed apartment complex. Very clean, peaceful and an outstanding staff.
Just moved up here a week ago, the community is lovely and locally centered. I love that it doesn’t take long to get anywhere, Augusta, Columbia, etc. Everyone I met is extremely nice, and I love that there is a dog park in the community. The apartment is a nice size, has a walk-in closet and not badly priced for a 2/2. Coming from Orlando where everything (apartment wise) is over $1,400 for the same thing, I love it. Another pro is that the units are only 2 levels high
its located in a quiet affordable area and less that 10 minutes from Fort Gordon Gate 2 super convenient
Best place we could have picked to live away from home!!
So clean and well taken care of! Enjoy the staff very much!
