Sterling is a true professional. His background in Chiropractic may be part of the reason, but he knows the names of all the muscles big and small, and how they connect with tendons to the skeleton. But the real reason you’ll want to visit him is his good instinct as to what type of bodywork you need and respond to. Sterling's training in Chiropractic as well as Massage therapy definitely give him an edge. He can encorporate both and can tell by reading your body, what you need. Sterling has lots of energy, checks in with you during the session (though his hands seem to know instinctively what areas need work). I leave feeling totally relaxed and "in another zone." Wonderful! Always look forward to the next session.
Sterling is a master masseur. He seems to know instinctively where and how to alleviate all of my stress and tension. He has strong and skillful hands. Sterling is funny, charming and very articulate. Although, one massage I had was in blissful silence. I always leave his studio totally relaxed, yet invigorated. He is personable, energetic and very intuitive.Through his excellent communication skills, he will determine what are your needs, and he seeks to meet them using a variety of techniques.
