WOW!! Recently visited Sterling Kayaks to ask if they knew who could fix a couple of problems with my Impex kayak. Jim, the owner, checked the kayak himself, suggested a reasonable plan of action and in just a few days called me back to let me know the work was all done. The kayak looks as amazing, as was the experience of dealing with this company. Friendly and smiling staff from the reception to the shop. Thank you
