We booked our reservation for a couples massage at 11:00am. The system accepted the reservation and then sent us confirmation on 2 separate occasions indicating we were CONFIRMED. At 10:32, as we are leaving for the appointment, we receive a text saying our reservation was CANCELLED. When i called to inquire why our reservation was cancelled, manager indicate it was because they were all booked. Why have a platform that takes reservations when you have no availability. I went for the first time to get a one hour deep tissue massage. I’m always hesitant to try new places, but I was pleasantly surprised. Mary was my therapist, and she is a professional. She was always checking to see if the pressure was the correct one, she focused on the areas needed. I will be coming back! Highly recommend her!
This was actually my second visit to this massage studio. The first time I came was simply because it’s only a few minutes from my house, and I couldn’t believe I had never tried it before. Unfortunately, my first impression wasn’t great. The gentleman at the front desk, who I believe may be the owner, wasn’t rude, but he certainly wasn’t warm or welcoming either. Amazing strong massage and reasonable pricing. Much Better than the expensive salons. None of the extras, just strong pressure massage, that’s all I need.
