We booked our reservation for a couples massage at 11:00am. They system took our reservation and then sent us confirmation on 2 separate occasions indicating we were CONFIRMED. At 10:32 as we are leaving for the appointment, we receive a text saying our reservation was CANCELLED. When i called to inquire why our reservation was cancelled, manager indicate it was because they were all booked. Why have a platform that takes reservations when you have no availability. I was in so much pain and desperately needed a massage. Leo really focused on my pain areas and helped me out!
Mia did my hour foot massage and it was soo soo good. I asked for strong pressure and she gave strong pressure the entire massage. Everyone was really friendly and welcoming. This was one of the BEST massages I have ever had. I will definitely be returning here and highly recommend!
