Been coming here for years. Staff is very nice but they do not give complete information which cause extra fees to the customer. Phone calls are never returned. They abruptly closed their west eugene location and did not bother to let me know before my appointment. I would not recommend this place. Horrible communication.
Today I had an appointment for the west 11th location and drove 20 minutes from my home only to see a sign on the door that read "closed until further notice". I called their valley river location and it turns out they just forgot to call me to reschedule and notify me that my appointment was canceled! Now I have to wait until July to get another appointment. Truly unbelievable. I have no words. I would give them zero stars if that were possible. I have called 7 times in the last week and used their secure messaging service (Klara) five times. All with no response. This office is impossible to get ahold of.
