RecommendedOut of all the apartments I have had I have to say this is my most favorite. There's a gym and pool which my daughter and family can't get enough of when they visit. The apartments are beautiful. And the staff especially Yolanda is always so helpful. They work with me when they come fix things because I have pets and dont like to keep them locked up. My entire apartment has sub-flooring issues, apartment is extremely old outdated Cabinetry painted Black, which help the roaches blending in. Wall plaster is poor and falling off the walls, patio is dry rot. I invest in totes due to lack of closet space very narrow. toilets haven't been replaced keep a bucket so you can run water to flush. walls are paper-thin you can hear everything your neighbor does in their apartment and I mean everything landscape is taking over the property tree limbs tend to fall on people's cars. It's quiet here, and a great value for the size of the apartment!
If you have family members that come visit or spend the weekend with you, this complex is not the place for you. Except if you have $250 to get your car out of the impound. They only have about 7 visitor parking spots, and they arranged with a tow truck to come at night and take your car. Now I can't even go visit my sister because I do not have $250 for parking! Last weekend I came to visit I had to go park at Kroger which is couple miles away from the complex.
My husband and I have lived here for 10 months and it has been great. The leasing office is great and really cares about us and our experience as residents. Maintenance is very prompt and the property is very well maintained. We were afraid of choosing a bad complex when we first moved here but are very satisfied with the choice we made.
