If you have a family do not move in here, they have targeted me since the day I moved in 6 months ago. I am a hard-working single mom. Not only am I hard-working, but I have a state job where I do 24 hour a day crisis work alongside the police and save lives in the community. Yet, I am being treated like a criminal in my own home. They don't tell you when you move in here its like being on reality TV as they are watching you 24/7, they even have cameras pointed at the lounge chairs. Visiting a friend , looking to move here but while walking with a resident looking at the exterior, was questioned by HOA members and not in a friendly manner. I was made to feel unwanted, uncomfortable, and unwelcome. I was judged by appearance and asked questions about my financials without even knowing who I was speaking with. There was a statement made about cameras and being watched 24/7 and told everyone would know about MY illegal activities. Not only did this ruin my vacation I felt wrongfully judged and violated.
