If you have a family do not move in here, they have targeted me since the day I moved in 6 months ago. I am a hard-working single mom. Visiting a friend , looking to move here but while walking with a resident looking at the exterior, was questioned by HOA members and not in a friendly manner. I was made to feel unwanted, uncomfortable, and unwelcome. I was judged by appearance and asked questions about my financials without even knowing who I was speaking with. My husband and I helped my son purchase a condo in Sterling Village 11, This is the nicest of the 3 complexes... it does have the higher HOA, it is because it includes: INSURANCE, CABLE/INTERNET, monthly pest control, Clubhouse, PRIVATE POOL with Gazebo, recreation facilities and they meticulously keep the grounds beautiful!!!It is the most quiet serene place and the grounds are meticulously maintained.
