I showed up for my follow up visit and was told there are no more providers at the Post Falls clinic. I waited 45 minutes to get a telehealth visit, to then be told I don't qualify. Terrible experience.
The two ladies working yesterday were genuinely kind and helpful and professional. I appreciate their energy.
Yendi and the front office staff are amazing!
Yendi is the best doctor I have worked with. I’ve been dealing with a lot of medical issues lately and of all the providers I have been to she is the only one that has shown true interest in helping me get better. I’ll admit that I’ve let my frustrations out on a few other doctors there and other urgent care facilities… however, Yendi has invested a lot of time and energy into my well being and is so great to work with and so knowledgeable.
