Clean, good staff
I had an amazing experience at Sterling Urgent Care in Rexburg, Idaho. I can’t say enough good things about the male nurse who was working both the front desk and in the back during my visit. He went above and beyond from the moment I walked in the door. Not only was he friendly and professional, but he also worked diligently with my provider back in Montana to make sure everything I needed was communicated and taken care of. I went to Sterling because my chronic bronchitis was flaring up. They weren’t busy at all,so I managed to get right in. I felt like the PA was very thorough with his questions and was able to take care of me. We were just traveling through town in our RV.
I was told I had to still pay a co pay even though I'm at my max out of pocket and it showed them that I didn't have to pay. They informed me I had to pay it and have the insurance reimburse me. I felt like I was totally scammed.
