Professional experience in person, but their billing and customer service is after the fact needs improvement. Went in for a CDL physical and paid upfront before being seen. A couple weeks later I start getting texts saying I still owe money and to click on a tiny URL to make a payment, queue the scam alert. Not the best place for urgent care. When we walked in, there was no receptionist, just a WelcomeWare screen that was supposed to connect us to a live representative. That wasn't a great first impression or the best process for an urgent care clinic. After waiting for a while, a staff member eventually came out and told us we just needed to keep trying until a representative connected. They replaced the receptionist with a virtual screen, it says please wait while we connect you to a random person, took me like 20 minutes to check in and she couldn't find me even though I had a membership. I don't know why they are replacing live people. Everyone in the clinic was just as frustrated, one guy was trying to check in and it kept saying no one is available try again later.
