Kashlin & Taylor were amazing!
This is my first time visiting Sterling urgent care and I was impressed. I went in with a sinus infection, they had me back in a room within 5 minutes of checking in. 10 minutes later I was done talking with the doc and out the door. However, their followup leaves a lot to be desired. I was told I would have lab results by Wednesday (Appt. was on Monday), I called them and left voicemails every day for a week and was never able to contact anyone in the building and was never contacted with my lab results.
Dr. Bunnage listened very well was able to explain treatment and future solutions. The staff is very kind and listens well.
