Very customer oriented. We were running late to pick up my husband's medicine. It's medicine that he can't be without. I called to let them know that I probably couldn't get there in time before they closed. I was told to just come they would wait. What a life saver! I recommend them to everyone.
The employees were kind and knowledgeable, but it was a long wait time & no live person to check us in. I did not like the impersonal reception and talking to a human through a screen. It made it so all my information was shared and heard by everyone else waiting in the lobby. We will most likely not return.
We went in for a sports physical and they were so fast and efficient. The questions were to the point and made my son feel very comfortable and cared about. There was a practicing PA there that was so good with my son and then the PA worked really well with all of us. It was the second day they were trying a new methods of signing in. It took me about 6 our 7 minutes to get in line to check in because the receptionist wasn't at her desk. Then she couldn't get me the papers to fill out for the physical.
