My son hurt his knee in football practice and we didn't make it into Sterling until almost closing time. They were so accommodating. They took all precautions and even did x Rays. They helped us so much even though we were there after hours.
I was erroneously charged $350 for a 6-minute phone call appointment, but was billed for a 45 minute Telehealth appointment. My wife was billed about half that amount for a 30 minute in-person appointment. I called the office three times to try to remedy the issue and was promised a call back but was unable to connect with anybody who would help.
