I had a really good visit at Sterling. The nurse was incredibly inviting and made me feel really comfortable. The doctor lady was slff so o super nice and very thorough. I felt I I was in good hands the entire time.
I was initially nervous to go to an urgent care, having a bad experience previously, and expecting a long wait time and uninterested providers. However, all staff at this urgent care was kind and helpful. They were busy, but the wait time was not bad at all. The nurse was attentive to details about my illness and feelings, the practitioner was thorough and not rushed, they quickly attended to me, and gave me an accurate diagnosis.
