They are kind, helpful, and quick to get us seen. They are always there when I need them the most!
I recently visited this urgent care and was disappointed to see that patients now have to check in using a computer instead of being greeted by someone at the front desk. I understand that technology can be helpful, but healthcare is one place where human interaction still matters. People coming into urgent care are often sick, uncomfortable, worried, or in pain.
