U suck! Turning paitents away because the dr at the clinic doesnt work with my insurance is bull shit ur open to help people not turn them away.
I was quite impressed. No wait time and staff was very friendly and dr was very thorough and explained everything he did to ease my fears.
Very poor rating from me - went there for just a cold, thought I may have the flu. I waited for over 20 minutes in the waiting room and had just a typical office visit, then come to find out this place charges to my insurance as an "urgent" care so making my co-pay more than what it should be. Had I just gone to community care, I would have just had a normal copay for the exact same visit. There has been a large turnover in staff. The current staff is friendly and helpful. The constant at Sterling is Corbin Bunnage. He is knowledgeable and stays current on ongoing issues.
Corbin Bunnage was hands down the worst medical professional I’ve ever come across. I’ve never taken the time to do a review. I wish I had read other reviews before going there, if I had I never would have gone. Wait time was short probably because the place is a fucking nightmare so no one goes there.
