Don’t stay here. It is disgusting, dirty, smelly, and a scam. Smells like urine everywhere. Half of the deposit goes to “cleaning fees”, but when I moved in there was black mold at the windows, and the floor had to be cleaned 12 times before it stopped making your feet turn black. This place is a hazard. One of the most disgusting places I’ve ever seen. Their model is extremely nice and clean on their oxford property. Aaliyah was extremely helpful during our apartment searching process. I probably emailed her 3-5 times a day for a week and she promptly responded to me with the answers I asked for. When we met in person, she was kind and patient with all of the requests and questions I had. This made me feel much more comfortable in my decision to choose this complex. I had such an amazing time touring these apartments. As a Berkeley student I was looking for something within a reasonable price range, in a safe location, and close to eateries. Aaliyah helped me and she was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The facilities were nice and clean and I highly recommend these apartments. If you need help with anything Aaliyah is definitely your girl!
