Apartment of problems. Everything is broken. The manager doesn’t care whether resident is doing well. Room was not clean when movein, Dirty and disgusting!

Don’t stay here. It is disgusting, dirty, smelly, and a scam. Smells like urine everywhere. Half of the deposit goes to “cleaning fees”, but when I moved in there was black mold at the windows, and the floor had to be cleaned 12 times before it stopped making your feet turn black. This place is a hazard. One of the most disgusting places I’ve ever seen. Their model is extremely nice and clean on their oxford property.
