Sterling Travel is the worst travel agency I’ve ever had to deal with. The proprietor Vasili spelled my name wrong on my ticket and after asking him to fix it for me, he basically told me I spelled my name wrong for him and it was my fault (even though he knows hundreds of people with my same name and it was an obvious mistake on his part). He is arrogant, pushy and not worth doing any business at all with. Any of my fellow Greeks who may read this, go elsewhere. HORRIBLE SERVICE. i spoke with the owner bill to for a ticket to europe. i asked a few questions and he was very rude, spoke down to me and was condescending. he also rude to another friend of mine who also called. i posted my review on their facebook page and it was erased and I was blocked ive never been treated by any business like this. do not come here.
