The initial call Paul was friendly and prices seemed fair. Like a down to earth honest person. Was quoted 1200 to 1500 for labor and was told a 1 day turn around. Now I had my part shipped in. I'm on a 30 day return window to get my money back if for some reason this part is defective. Took my car here and it went from 1 day to 2 to 3 days. Which wasn't an issue. I drove from Springfield to get my vehicle's transmission repaired. They did a good job in a reasonable amount of time and at a price I found fair. They were very courteous and helpful. Im not fluent in English, but they understood me and were patient with me
