Absolute WORST experience!!! This is a disaster family run business that my realtor and I had to unfortunately deal with. Barbara was the only one who did a good job but she is overworked and needs an assistant. We talked to the owner about this and he didn’t give a care about, said he would give a measly $50 gift card for all the troubles and never even got that or an actual apology. STAY AWAY from this place. No real estate transactions should ever deal with a title company like this. I wish I could give 0 stars rating.

Please avoid using this title company. The closing agent Cindy has refused to release funds I am rightfully entitled to, ignoring the contract terms and adding unnecessary delays. Her handling of escrow funds is unprofessional and concerning. If you want a trustworthy title company, look elsewhere. Avoid this company!
