Please avoid using this title company. The closing agent Cindy has refused to release funds I am rightfully entitled to, ignoring the contract terms and adding unnecessary delays. Her handling of escrow funds is unprofessional and concerning. If you want a trustworthy title company, look elsewhere. Avoid this company!

Barb keeps you informed every step of the way and handles all requests with a smile and personal attention. Great place to work with all the way round!
