Titus was very accommodating and helpful. John was also friendly and helpful. Good service from them both... ... the actual building had/has some issues I object too. 1 is the porch beam is covered in pitch, which thou good for preservation is a mess when leaned up against or held onto. 2 there is a building construction screw coming out of door framing going threw Comercial door frame and into the dead bolt hole making the use of the doors dead bolt problematic. 3 I had to take a hammer and finish pounding in about 30% of t... read more

The building was delivered and installed on helical piers. John did a wonderful job getting it installed and the helical piers were installed professionally as well! The building is great other than a couple things I might have done differently. 1) Insulation: Wish my sales guy would have mentioned options for vented eves, moisture can be a problem with insulation up in AK and I wish it was discussed, so make sure to ask if you plan to insulate and finish the building. 2) Trim: they pre paint the trim and shoot it on, which ... read more
