When I was first referred to SST by my doctor I was experiencing chronic back and neck pain. Even bending over to tie my shoe was painful. I had "treated" this pain for years with regular massage therapy, a great chiropractor, and acupuncture. After only a couple of treatments at SST I realized I had been treating the symptoms, but the pain kept coming back because I wasn't changing the fundamentals. Now, after several years of "doing my homework" I am pain free. I have worked with Dana, Judah, and Cody. Each one is great.
I have been amazed at the reduction in pain and increase in my shoulder mobility since doing an intensive at SST. All of the practitioners that I worked with were caring, knowledgable and encouraged me through my edges of growth and healing.
