Great bank ran by honest people
Large hidden fees. Poor customer service (probably due to the low pay for their employees). Not open Saturdays. Was with them for man years but their service has gone downhill rapidly in the past few.
I have banked at several branches and no one treats their customers better than Sterling State Bank. Thank you :)
