ALEX! In the benefits department was extremely rude! No phone manners at all! I’m so tired of this pharmacy and the staff who always seem as if the customer is inconveniencing them. QUIT! If you do not like your job!! SIMPLE.
I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with Sterling Specialty Pharmacy. They have lost my medication multiple times, even after we explicitly agreed that all shipments would require a mandatory signature. Despite that agreement, they failed to follow through, resulting in continued delivery issues. When I finally called to address this, I was placed on hold for over 40 minutes, only to have the call disconnected without any resolution. No callback. No accountability.
