This is the worst dentist I have ever been to. The calls are routed through a call center and they hung up on me multiple times. The office is closed randomly & they cancel appointments. Their services are overpriced as well. Plus, once you get there for your appointment they tend to overbook or just be understaffed and your wait time is way too long. I think I would rather have my neighbor look at my teeth than go back to this place ever again. Avoid!!!!!!!
My appointment was at 9am. I got in a bit earlier at around 8:45am. I spent almost an hour doing X-rays because it was too blurry or something. Did the panorama X-ray three times. Did more than 10 of the oral ones where they put the X-ray near your face. It's 11:13am now and I still haven't done anything other than X-rays.
Would not recommend this place. I paid over 250$ out of pocket for a night guard back in October 2022. Everything was approved from the insurance as well. I just got a call now saying I owe over 150$ on top of that despite it being over a year since this visit. I received no mail or phone calls since then so i was blindsided when I was contacted by them saying this.
