Was looking for a silver ring. Staff was very rude and after trying to communicate with him and pointing to the specific ring I wanted to try, he just walked away without a word. I was very shocked and left the shop. They don’t deserve my hard earned money.
Got the wrong size piece & they refused to exchange. Have also bought rings with gemstones that have fallen out a few days later. Disgusting business practice to not even offer an exchange when change of size is required & won’t even consider a refund for a faulty item. Do NOT waste your money here.
This is my go to spot for the more interesting and variety of jewerlly. Everything seems great quality and has lasted me about a year so far. And the staff are lovely always checking in and being very helpful when I wanna see or buy something, or even giving me ideas when I'm trying to decide!
went in yesterday and asked for spacers, spent $80 got home and and they were the wrong size. still in original packaging not touched at all, not my fault they are the wrong size and they wouldn’t swap them for the size or give me a credit or anything… i would not recommend this store to anyone… what a waste of time and money….
