From the first email to make the appointment to picking up my pup, the experience was great! So easy.
I have many things to say , the first: thank you for Amanda since day one , help me so much, thru fone call , emails , every time i was looking for a quick answer, she was there to provide informations . Other thing : the drop of my dogs Bella and Oliver Thru check in was so smothly and quick , thanks for the staff was the with great attitude and smile on it , dogs remained in the car thru that quick process with the paper work vacinnes , them a sign outside was pointing a direction to back door drop off the lovely ones , so... read more
Very quick response to my emails. (Thank you for that!). Very organized The services rendered were very pricey. It was very difficult when we got home due to both cats had the cones off in 2 seconds flat. I wish someone would have mentioned how difficult it was to keep cones on the cats when they don't want them. Everyone at Sterling Shelter Clinic were very professional, pleasant. It was a pleasure working with everyone.
